The Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) has released the third batch of its digitized rare books collection, making 279 titles in 280 volumes accessible online through the IC Public Library website. The collection, mainly in Portuguese and English, covers history, literature, education, and natural sciences, and includes notable works such as On the Poetry of the Chinese (1834) and Macao and Its Future Port (1922). Since 2023, IC has been digitizing rare books to preserve local heritage and provide convenient access for researchers and the public interested in Macau’s cultural and historical development.
