Residential sales fall in early November
Financial Services Bureau data show that 118 residential transactions were recorded in the first half of November, down 21 units or 15% from the second half of October. During the period, the average price per square meter of usable residential space fell 8.1% to MOP66,315. The figures suggest a cooling in the property market compared with previous weeks, reflecting weaker demand and a moderate correction in housing prices.
