The Islands District Community Service Consultative Council held its regular meeting, with members proposing initiatives to boost cultural and community resources. They suggested transforming Coloane Market into a Macau street market history museum and creating a “Coloane exclusive” brand to host youth-led creative fairs and themed tea events. The council also proposed using the former Taipa racecourse for a variety of activities to attract residents and tourists, as well as recommended utilizing idle land for eldercare, health check-up facilities, and urban renewal to improve community wellness services.
