According to a press release issued by Sands, Golden Court will feature dishes such as the following: “Wok-fried Boston lobster with e-fu noodles in supreme broth, golden court classic crispy fried chicken and double-boiled sea whelk, and chicken soup with dried yam and wolfberries.”
Meanwhile, 888 Buffet will be offering festive dishes, including roasted whole salmon, as well as Portuguese signature food, such as Portuguese roasted rack of lamb and seafood rice. There will also be desserts such as roulade of apricot and chocolate roll, and raspberry cheesecake.
