The Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) and Sands China recently launched the “Women’s Workplace Sustainability Program”, and will accept online applications through Jan. 16 from women currently out of the full-time workforce.

The six-month initiative offers 29 vacancies across 16 positions in administration, customer service, sales, and integrated resort operations, with hourly wages ranging from MOP 66 to 120.

The program combines group support, vocational training, flexible hours (minimum 20 hours weekly, no night shifts), and work experience to rebuild skills and confidence. Successful completers may secure full-time roles or continue working flexibly.

Eligible applicants must hold valid Macao resident ID cards and submit resumes, ID, and qualifications via DSAL’s website.
