The Sands Procurement Academy is now accepting applications for its 15th intake, aimed at local SME suppliers. The registration deadline is September 6, with sessions running weekly from September 17 to October 15 at The Venetian Macao’s Adelson Advanced Education Centre.
Co-organized by Sands China Ltd., the Macao Chamber of Commerce, and the Macau Productivity and Technology Centre, this free training program has already assisted over 520 SMEs. It provides valuable business knowledge and skills, helping local suppliers collaborate with larger corporations. The program particularly focuses on micro-enterprises, young entrepreneurs, and “Made-in-Macao” businesses.
Charlie Cai, vice president of procurement and sustainability at Sands China, highlighted the new course on Xiaohongshu (RED) Operations Strategy, aimed at enhancing SMEs’ marketing strategies. The academy also offers a business matching session for participants to connect with Sands China’s procurement team, fostering future business opportunities.
