September at Shake Shack

This September, Shake Shack is debuting its Lemon Meringue Shake, along with the return of the N.Y. Steakhouse menu at all Shacks across Macau and Hong Kong.

The N.Y. Steakhouse is making a comeback this season. Made with 100% all-natural Angus beef, the N.Y. Steakhouse Burger features white cheddar, sautéed cremini mushrooms, and crispy fried onions, all brought together with a kick of horseradish peppercorn mayo. As a tribute to fine dining roots in New York City, every bite of the juicy, tender burger is a mouthwatering homage to the elegance and indulgence that defined the city’s iconic steakhouses. The N.Y. Steakhouse Fries also return as an irresistible companion. The signature crinkle-cut fries are topped with smoky bacon, fresh scallions, and horseradish peppercorn mayo — a must-have addition that will send taste buds on a rollercoaster ride.

Crafted with  signature Shack-made vanilla frozen custard, this shake features a luscious blend of French lemon curd and lemon zest, delivering a vibrant, tangy kick. It’s then topped with a light and airy meringue, finished with a sprinkle of crispy lemon shortbread crumble for added texture and flair.
