MGM is continuing its “Gastronomic Journey with Star Chefs” series by welcoming back Chef Dave Pynt, chef-owner of Singapore’s acclaimed Burnt Ends, for a three-day pop-up at Grill 58 at MGM Cotai from April 23 to 25.
This marks Chef Pynt’s second guest appearance in Macau, where he will present his signature Australian-style wood-fire barbecue using apple wood and precise open-flame techniques. Known for its focus on live fire cooking, Burnt Ends has earned international recognition, including a Michelin star for eight consecutive years and placements on several global restaurant rankings.
Founded in 2013, Burnt Ends is widely regarded as one of Singapore’s most in-demand dining venues, celebrated for its minimalist approach to fire-based cooking that highlights premium ingredients.
Grill 58, led by Chef Basil Yu, will collaborate closely with Pynt’s team, preparing over 800 kilograms of apple wood to support the experience.
