From April 10 to May 8, Studio City’s Spotlight will present the first installment of its “The World on a Plate” series with “The Taste of Thailand Buffet,” available at dinner only.

As cited in its website, the buffet highlights authentic Thai flavors, guided by celebrity guest chef Bansani Nawisamphan, who brings the “rainbow cuisine” concept to the table.

Diners can sample a variety of dishes representing Thailand’s regional diversity, including Chiang Mai Night Market barbecue, Bangkok Chinatown specialties, Phuket fishing village delights, Siam Bay delicacies, signature boat noodles, and traditional Thai desserts. seafood offerings feature unlimited yellowfin tuna, as well as sustainably sourced lobster, oysters, and snow crab.

Children attending the buffet can participate in a complimentary Thai Mango Sticky Rice Workshop, gaining hands-on experience in Thai culinary traditions.
