Taste of Southern Italy

This summer, Wynn Palace’s Fontana presents us with a gastronomic journey to experience the rich culinary culture of southern Italy, from Naples, Puglia, and Sicily to savor the sweetness of Marzano tomatoes, the rich taste of olive oil, the zest of Amalfi lemons, and the irresistibly aroma from different kinds of herbs. Travel further south along the spectacular coastline of Italy to discover an abundance offresh Mediterranean seafood including red Sicilian prawns, sea bream, sea bass, and more. The Italian Chef will be creating a series of southern Italian dishes with fresh ingredients, including Coastal Seafood Platter, Veal Milanese, Salt Crusted Whole Branzino, various selections of delicious pasta such as Orecchiette with Burrata and Red Prawns as well as Neapolitan-style pizzas. In addition to the classic gelato and freshly made desserts, to end this gastronomic adventure of Italy with the perfect sweet note.

Fontana at Wynn Palace is a perfect space to celebrate with family and friends, the restaurant is a two-tier theater, with spectacular views overlooking the fountains. Drawing inspiration from the porcelain, textiles, furnishings and architecture of the Ming dynasty – the interior décor is a masterful recreation of Chinoiserie design in the 21st century. The dazzling dragon-themed “Viardot Dragon mirror collection” by renowned 19th century ChinoiserieFrench furniture artist Gabriel-Frédéric Viardot takes center stage in the restaurant.
