Anim’Arte Nam Van will not be extended.

The projection mapping show produced by a local team will continue to be played at Ruins of St. Paul’s. Similarly, “Search for the Taste of Memory” will continue to light up Pak Tai Temple.

According to statistics from the tourism bureau, the Macau Light Festival 2018 has gained relatively positive coverage in traditional media, on social media and on travel websites.
In addition, during the extended festival period the “International Gastronomy Forum, Macau 2019” will be held from Jan. 19 to 21.

Some of the Forum activities will take place at Anim’Arte Nam Van.

MGTO said that it hopes to multiply the effects of the events, thus creating a new experience filled with light and gastronomic elements for residents and visitors.

At the same time, it noted that it aims to showcase Macau’s capacity for interdisciplinary creativity as a Creative City of Gastronomy to international delegates from the UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy taking part in the Forum, helping transform Macau Light Festival into an international event.
