Two residents found dead after falls in separate incidents
Yesterday, local authorities responded to two cases involving residents found deceased after suspected falls from heights. At 6:02 a.m., a middle-aged woman was discovered lying on a roadway on Caminho dos Artilheiros. Firefighters confirmed her death at the scene. Investigations showed injuries consistent with a fall, with no signs of criminal or violent trauma. Later, at 5:32 p.m., an elderly man was found unconscious near Fai Chi Kei. He was taken to the hospital but was pronounced dead. His injuries also matched those from a fall, with no evidence of foul play. Both cases remain under investigation pending forensic examinations.
