This new summer ritual invites guests to indulge in a curated selection of savoury and sweet creations, each rooted in Macanese and Portuguese traditions but presented with a fresh perspective and flair, mirroring the season’s radiant energy.

An unexpected East-meets-West twist is introduced with the delicate Foie Gras with Roselle Jelly, which dazzles with its jewel-like ruby glaze. Culinary highlights paying tribute to local food favorites include the savory Bacalhau Tart and the iconic Mini Pork Chop Bun. The sweet offerings promise a delightful balance of quality, texture, and taste, from the decadent pairing of fruity notes with premium single-origin dark chocolate in the Berries Manjari Chocolate Cake, to reinvented classics like the beloved Portuguese Egg Tart and innovative Charcoal Black Sesame Scones, which artfully bridge tradition and creativity.
