WAGYUMAFIA Returns: A Landmark Culinary World Debuts at MGM COTAI

This September, MGM COTAI ushers in a new era of culinary excellence with the much-anticipated return of WAGYUMAFIA, Tokyo’s legendary Wagyu brand, for a three-day pop-up unlike any Macau has seen. From September 12–14, Grill 58 will be transformed into “WAGYUMAFIA WORLD,” the global launch uniting five of WAGYUMAFIA’s celebrated concepts—WAGYUMAFIA, SUSHIMAFIA, Mashi no Mashi, WAGYUMAFIA The Cutlet Sandwich, and WAGYUMAFIA The Burger—under one spectacular glass roof.

Spearheaded by Chef Hisato Hamada, this limited-time culinary festival promises a rare opportunity to experience the world’s most coveted Wagyu in a myriad forms. Indulge in the pinnacle of exclusivity at the chef’s table of WAGYUMAFIA or the ultra-luxe SUSHIMAFIA—both, for the first time, open to all without membership. Adventurous palates will revel in signature sandos, burgers, and—making its Macau debut—Mashi no Mashi’s cult-favorite Ultra Ramen.

The epicurean journey is elevated by WAGYUMAFIA’s signature cocktails, including a decadent wagyu fat-washed Old Fashioned. For gourmands and Wagyu enthusiasts, “WAGYUMAFIA WORLD” at MGM COTAI is the definitive event this autumn. For inquiries and reservations, please contact (853) 8806 2318 or visit www.mgm.mo
