Wynn highlights workforce strategy after dual HR Asia wins

Wynn recently secured two recognitions at the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026 awards in Hong Kong. At the session, Stephanie So, senior vice president of human resources at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace, said the dual honors reflect sustained investment in employees. “We are truly honored to be awarded the ‘Best Company to Work for in Asia 2026’ and ‘People Transformation Award’ by HR Asia,” she said, adding that more than 4,800 employees have remained with the company for at least a decade. So also noted that as Wynn marks its 20th anniversary in Macau, over half of its workforce will soon reach that milestone. She said this is partially due to the company’s approach from onboarding to leadership training and programs such as the Wynn Local Development Program. The awards are organized by the regional publication HR Asia and assess companies on human resource practices, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
