
Five dining destinations at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace have been included in the South China Morning Post’s 100 Top Tables 2026 guide.
The annual guide, published on April 27, highlights leading fine-dining establishments across Hong Kong, Macau and the Greater Bay Area.
This year’s selection features returning entries Chef Tam’s Seasons and Mizumi at Wynn Palace, along with Wing Lei and Drunken Fish at Wynn Macau. Wing Lei Bar at Wynn Palace also made its debut on the list.
Chef Tam’s Seasons is led by Cantonese master chef Tam Kwok Fung, known for its seasonal approach inspired by traditional Chinese solar terms. Mizumi offers contemporary Japanese dining under executive chef Hironori Maeda, featuring sushi, teppanyaki and charcoal-grilled dishes.
Wing Lei Bar, headed by mixologist Mark Lloyd, was recognized for its bespoke cocktail program, while Wing Lei continues to serve refined Cantonese cuisine under executive chef Chan Tak Kwong. Drunken Fish, led by executive chef Henry Zhang, focuses on premium seafood with global influences and Moutai-inspired creations.
