Wynn joins DSEDJ Summer Internship Program

Wynn has participated in the “Summer Internship Program 2025” organized by the Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ), providing opportunities for 21 local senior high school and tertiary students to gain work experience in July and August.
The students were placed in core hotel operations departments such as Human Resources, Front Office, Exhibition Center, Food and Beverage, and Community and Government Relations, and also took part in large-scale restaurant operations at the Gourmet Pavilion.
A statement released by the gaming operator stated that all trainees completed the program and received certificates from Wynn.
In addition, Wynn organized the Teenager Exploration Day in mid-August, inviting 40 secondary students whose parents are Wynn employees to join career exploration activities.
The program included guided tours of various departments and discussions with young executives. The initiative aimed to help students understand the tourism and leisure industries and gain insights into different workplace roles.
