To develop local talent in Macau’s integrated tourism and leisure sector, Wynn Macau and the Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) will launch a new intake for the Wynn Talent Launch Program. The initiative follows a 12-month “first-job, then-training” model, with successful participants advancing to supervisory positions based on performance assessments.
This time, the program is recruiting for 10 positions: five Front-of-House Service Supervisor roles and five Car Service Supervisor roles. Participants will start as Front Desk Assistants or Car Service Assistants. Upon completion of the 12-month program and passing all assessments, they will be promoted to Front-of-House Service Supervisor or Car Service Supervisor, with corresponding salary increases.
Applications open today and will remain open until May 8, 2026. Interested candidates should apply via the Labour Affairs Bureau website. Applicants are also advised to prepare copies of their identification and degree documents. Interviews are scheduled to begin on May 14.
