Wynn Palace Cotai presents Lakeview Palace, the resort’s brand new dining Jiangnan cuisine establishment, set to open on September 28.
The new restaurant encapsulates the essence of Jiangnan cuisine, infused with
contemporary elements to reinvent classics to new heights.
Crafted by Executive Chef Wilson Fam, whose culinary expertise facilitates his creativity, signature dishes from Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine are the main highlight of the restaurant, supported by notable courses from Sichuan and Guangdong.
Highlighting exposure and experience throughout his culinary career of more than 20 years, Chef Fam is no stranger to the vast diversity of regional Chinese cuisines including Sichuan, Cantonese, Huaiyang, Jiangsu and Zhejiang. He continues to creatively infuse Western contemporary techniques into his Chinese cuisine.
With Chef Fam’s ingenuity and innovation, guests can anticipate a new series of reinvented Jiangnan cuisine.
