Burned beehive sparks arson investigation

   Police are investigating a suspected arson incident at a pedestrian bridge near Taipa Lake. The fire, reported around 10 p.m. on August 20, caused burn marks on a beehive located under the overpass opposite Estrada Padre Estevão Eusébio Sítu. Witnesses reported seeing ashes falling from the beehive, which was approximately three meters above the ground. Fire officials confirmed no injuries occurred, and initial inspections revealed no other signs of burning on the bridge.
