Wynn Palace’s Cantonese restaurant, Chef Tam’s Seasons, has once again been recognized on the Tatler Best 100 Restaurants list at the Tatler Best Awards 2025.
The award ceremony was held in Bangkok on October 21, celebrating top hotels, restaurants, and bars across the Asia-Pacific region. Chef Tam’s Seasons, led by Cantonese Master Chef Tam Kwok Fung, is one of only five restaurants in Macau to receive this distinction.
Known for its menus inspired by the 24 solar terms, Chef Tam’s Seasons blends traditional Cantonese techniques with seasonal ingredients and modern culinary concepts.
Earlier this year, the restaurant earned two Michelin stars and ranked No. 9 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025, receiving the “Highest Climber Award.” The Tatler Best Awards are selected by a jury of over 700 experts, including gourmands, industry professionals, and seasoned travelers.
