Croupier suspected of illegal currency exchange in casino
A 43-year-old female croupier is suspected of illegally exchanging money with gamblers while on vacation. The PJ were conducting a patrol at a hotel in the Cotai area on April 22 when they discovered two individuals exchanging money illegally. The investigation revealed that the woman, who worked as a dealer, was on leave at the time and was operating outside her workplace. Over MOP160,000 in cash and chips were seized. One individual confessed to making a profit of RMB15,000 from illegal currency exchanges since January.
