The Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) and Sands China Limited have jointly introduced the “Sands China Culinary Talent Operation and Training Plan,” targeting local residents interested in careers in Food and Beverage (F&B).

The program offers 20 openings –10 for F&B operations management trainees and 10 for Chinese cuisine trainees. Participants will receive 24 months of professional on-the-job training, including food safety certification and apprenticeships at Michelin-starred or Black Pearl restaurants.

Successful trainees may advance to managerial or cook positions with potential salary increases. Eligibility requires a valid Macau Resident ID and relevant education or work experience.

Applications open today.
