Galaxy Macau to host Tatler Off Menu culinary gala

Galaxy Macau will once again host Tatler Off Menu from November 14-15, showcasing a carefully curated lineup of international award-winning chefs recognized by Michelin, The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, and Tatler Best. The two-day event will feature three tasting sessions – dinner on the first day, followed by lunch and dinner on the second – inspired by the elements of Ocean, Sky, and Land, highlighting flavors, textures, and innovative culinary artistry.

Guests will experience creations from 11 renowned chefs, including Masaaki Miyakawa (Sushi Miyakawa, Hokkaido), Vicky Cheng (VEA, Hong Kong), and Marino D’Antonio (8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA, Macau), alongside pastry experts Fabrizio Fiorani (Zucchero, Rome) and Lok Hin Yam (Galaxy Macau). Cocktail offerings will be led by Billy Choi (Pony & Plume, Macau) and guest mixologists from Hong Kong.

Live DJs and performers will complement the immersive dining experience, cementing Tatler Off Menu as one of Macau’s premier gastronomic events of 2025.
