The Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL), Macau Pass, and Ant Bank (Macau) have jointly launched the “Macau Pass x Ant Bank (Macau) – Management Trainee Program,” accepting applications from June 25 to July 12. The program offers 10 positions for young locals interested in financial technology and the digital economy. Trainees will receive 36 months of professional training in digital finance, AI, Web3.0, and other related fields, with opportunities to earn certifications such as the PMP (Project Management Professional) and anti-money laundering qualifications. Successful participants may advance to supervisory roles. Seminars and interviews will be held from July 14 to 17. Details and applications are available at www.dsal.gov.mo.
