Man caught smuggling 68 phones across border

A mainland Chinese man was intercepted by Gongbei Customs while attempting to enter mainland China with 68 used mobile phones strapped to his body. According to Gongbei Customs, the man was passing through Gongbei Port on October 14. He was moving with heavy, unnatural steps and attempted to evade inspection. After being stopped, officers discovered the used mobile phones, which were wrapped in plastic film and strapped around his waist, abdomen, and both legs.
