Elderly Man injured in suspected fall

A 68-year-old local man was seriously injured in a suspected accidental fall near Hang Fa Garden on Rua Alegre, suffering a forehead laceration with bleeding. The incident occurred around 2 p.m. Firefighters reported that the man was conscious, with normal breathing and a heartbeat, when transported to Conde de São Januário Hospital for emergency treatment. Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the fall.
