Are you still wondering where you should take your mom to eat this Sunday? For busy individuals, waiting until the last minute to decide is understandable. Today is only Friday and you still have a little bit of time. This year, MGM MACAU rolls out the red carpet of gastronomy at its signature outlets to give moms the star treatment they deserve. Personally, I think the quality of their dishes and service is superb.
For classicists who love Chinese cuisine, Imperial Court presents a special 8-course Mother’s Day menu that features sumptuous dishes like Steamed fillet of lobster with egg white in 10 years yellow wine. The aroma of the aged Chinese wine blends perfectly with the essence of the lobster into egg white, which forms a unique taste of freshness that will surprise everyone. In addition, the Braised bird’s nest soup with fish maw and Alaskan king crabmeat will delight every mother with its superb skincare benefits; Imperial Court’s signature Barbecued Iberico pork with honey is the appetizer that everyone should not miss.
toe0605-1If your mom is fashionable and stylish, there is no better way to celebrate the special day than with French food. The Aux Beaux Arts Mother’s Day gourmet set is on offer for both brunch and dinner. The menu highlights the Mother’s Seafood Extravaganza Platter with freshly shucked Tasmanian oysters, Alaskan crab legs, Scottish razor clams, sea urchin, and more. Next comes the Grilled lobster with either Thermidor, Mornay or Garlic and Butter. The distinctive flavors guarantee to offer rich and memorable tastes. For a truly pleasurable experience, Aux Beaux Arts will serve a whole heartwarming Mango mousse cake layered with lychee jelly and vanilla sponge to share among loved one, which gives the best way to finish the special day.
For moms who like a variety of choices, Rossio offers buffet lunch, brunch and dinner sessions for Mother’s Day celebrations on May 7 and 8. From the signature seafood station to the salad bar, sushi bar and bountiful antipasto options, Rossio has just the right dishes for the special lady in your life. A wide variety of hot dishes in the carving stations will also be served. Last but not the least, a delicious array of sweets will delight everyone in the special occasion!
Other than enjoying lunch and dinner together, treat mom to an afternoon chill out with fascinating sweet creations at Pastry Bar.  Some of the highlights include Heart-shaped matcha and white chocolate cake, Chocolate with hazelnut sponge and kalamansi cream. Other gift goodies such as festive macaroon and chocolate will surely melt the heart of every mother.
