French poultry products banned in Macau

The Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) is monitoring H5N1 avian influenza outbreaks in France’s Loir-et-Cher and Somme departments. Poultry meat and products from these regions are banned from import into Macau. IAM has notified local importers and will continue strict monitoring to control the sale and distribution of poultry products in the city.
