Iao Hon Estate finalizes property management committees

Macau Urban Renewal Limited (MUR) has said it is pushing forward redevelopment of Iao Hon Estate, engaging with over 2,000 property owners across its seven housing blocks. These blocks, which include Hong Tai House and Kat Cheong House have seen the establishment of 63 management committees designed to unite residents and streamline decision-making. MUR has gathered signatures for the Urban Conditions Plan (PCU) and is actively reaching out to property owners living abroad. The proposed redevelopment will incorporate a ‘vertical city’ concept, transforming the low-rise buildings into high-rise structures with 30 floors while maintaining the current number of residential units.
