IC developing specialized website for film and television sector
The Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) is currently in the process of creating a dedicated website for the film and television industry. This platform is designed to bring together information about filming locations and requests in Macau, as well as provide details about the region’s film production companies and institutions. The IC has also mentioned that they have invited film industry professionals from overseas to conduct training programs on film and television production. Additionally, the authorities have launched a film production commissioning program and organized the Macau International Short Film Festival.
