IH receives over 74 applications in seven days

The Housing Bureau (IH) has so far received 74 applications for the housing units in Zone A, with applicants’ age ranging from 23 to 44 years. There are 5,415 housing units in the New Urban Zone A. This round of applications will continue until Dec. 27, offering three kinds of housing units, including 1,657 one-bedroom units, 3,216 two-bedroom units, and 542 three-bedroom units. Under the new guidelines, the monthly income ceiling for a single applicant is now set at MOP35,650, while for a family of two or more people, it is set at MOP71,310.
