JW Marriott Macau launches Wagyu buffet at Urban Kitchen

JW Marriott Hotel Macau’s Urban Kitchen is presenting a premium Wagyu dining experience from September 30 to November 30, featuring Australian Westholme Wagyu.

Known for its rich marbling and buttery flavor, the beef forms the centerpiece of a seasonal buffet celebrating autumn’s best.

Urban Kitchen will also host guest chef Lee Adams, former Michelin-Star collaborator and current Director at The Poet, from September 30 to October 2.

According to a statement from the resort, Chef Adams will craft exclusive Wagyu dishes, including Topside Wagyu Tartare, Grilled Topside Wagyu Salad, and hot specialties like slow-cooked Wagyu Cheek and Oxtail Risotto.

At the carving station, guests can enjoy Roasted Wagyu Striploin on weekdays and Grilled Wagyu Rump Cap on weekends, accompanied by creative sides and sauces.
