JW Marriott Hotel Macau’s Urban Kitchen and Man Ho Chinese Restaurant, and The Ritz-Carlton, Macau’s Michelin-starred Lai Heen are presenting a series of culinary specials to celebrate National Day.
Enjoy dinner and a show during Golden Week at Urban Kitchen with live seafood cutting every night between October 1 to 8 at 7:30 p.m. Tuna is the star of the show between October 1 to 3, where a beautiful 25kg whole Yellowtail Tuna will be expertly cut in front of diners.
Meanwhile, hand-selected fresh abalone from Dalian is curated for a range of abalone delicacies to welcome the new season at Man Ho Chinese Restaurant, available from now until January 1, 2022.
Guests can also enjoy a luxurious seafood-forward Chinese dinner at Lai Heen with signature dishes like Chilled Sliced Abalone with Caviar, Double-boiled French Francolin with Fish Maw and Sea Horse,and Sautéed Fresh Hokkaido Scallop with Air-dried Mantis Shrimp in X.O. Sauce among others.
