Lawmaker urges more support for SMEs

Lawmaker Lo Choi urged the government to implement extensive measures to support citizens and ease the burden on micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in a plenary session yesterday at the Legislative Assembly. This comes amid the latest announcement from the government that it will extend the loan repayment of local SMEs and youth entrepreneurs amid uneven recovery of the market. Lo has also called to utilize land reserves, explore new economic sectors, and attract more foreign investments.
