MGM China has announced its plan to issue senior unsecured notes worth USD500 million. The proceeds from this issuance will be utilized to repay borrowings on the senior unsecured revolver and for general corporate purposes, Fitch Ratings noted. The institution has stated that there will be no significant changes to the capital structure and respective recoveries.
