Liu Xianfa meets new US Consul General

On October 10, Commissioner Liu Xianfa received a courtesy call from the new US Consul General in Hong Kong, Julie Eadeh. During the meeting, Commissioner Liu urged the US side to avoid actions that could affect Macau’s security, stability, and development, and expressed hope for constructive engagement in China-US relations. Eadeh highlighted the importance of cooperation with Macau in trade, investment, and people-to-people exchanges, saying she intends to actively support such engagement.
