MGM Cotai has launched “The Traveler’s Whisper” series at Bar Patuá, featuring guest mixologist collaborations that celebrate the city’s multicultural heritage.
The series invites internationally renowned bartenders to showcase innovative cocktails blending Eastern and Western influences, reflecting the city’s diverse culture.
In July, Bar Patuá will host two special guest mixologist sessions.
On July 14, Ryu Fujii, owner and master mixologist of Craftroom in Osaka, Japan, will present three tea wine cocktails that combine tradition with modern mixology techniques. Craftroom is ranked among Asia’s 50 Best Bars.
On July 16, Yong Wei, head bartender of Singapore’s Native bar, will take over Bar Patuá with a focus on creative, zero-waste cocktails. Native is recognized for its sustainability-driven menu and has consistently appeared on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list.
