MGM has partnered with the Guangdong Office of the Macao Chamber of Commerce to organize the second edition of its “SME Quality Enhancement Greater Bay Area Exchange Tour,” aimed at helping local food businesses strengthen operations and competitiveness.

The two-day program brought together nearly 20 Macau food suppliers to visit enterprises in Foshan and Jiangmen, where they explored food production, processing, machinery, and modern restaurant management practices.

The initiative was supported by several Macau government departments, including the Economic and Technological Development Bureau and the Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute.

Participants attended industry exchange sessions on food innovation, production technology, and operational efficiency, while learning about business policies in Guangdong.

MGM said the program forms part of its broader efforts to support small and medium-sized enterprises through training, certification assistance, and business exchanges, helping local companies adapt to changing market conditions and explore opportunities in the Greater Bay Area.
