
MGM Macau and MGM Cotai have teamed up with single malt Scotch whisky brand The Macallan to offer a limited-time whisky pairing experience from March 16 to April 19.
At Imperial Court, executive chef Homan Tsui presents four specially curated dishes incorporating The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea.
Highlights include Marinated Sliced Sea Whelk with Spicy Sauce, Steamed Grouper Fillets with Egg Custard, and Phoenix Dancong Tea Smoked Wagyu Beef Cheek, where the whisky’s aroma complements traditional Chinese flavors.
Bar Patuá at MGM Cotai features two exclusive cocktails inspired by the collaboration, Honey Orchid Breeze and Whispers of Spring, showcasing the harmony between Eastern tea aromas and Western whisky craftsmanship.
According to the integrated resort, this cross-cultural culinary experience combines Eastern flavors with Western craftsmanship.
