
The 2026 Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition (MIECF) will be held from March 26 to 28 at the Cotai Expo, The Venetian Macao, bringing together global stakeholders to discuss green development and environmental innovation.
Under the theme “Low-carbon, Zero Waste Cities: Embarking on a Global Collaboration,” the forum aims to promote sustainable urban development, green technology exchange, and business opportunities in environmental industries.
The Green Forum will gather international experts, academics, and industry leaders to explore topics such as ecological civilization development, waste management systems, green finance, and regional environmental cooperation. Discussions will focus on practical approaches to building low-carbon, zero-waste cities.
The exhibition will feature three main zones, including the inaugural Zero-waste Circular Economy Exhibition Zone, alongside the Green Mobility Zone and the Green and Low-carbon Project Zone.
Major participants from global energy companies, environmental organizations, and technology enterprises will showcase innovations in recycling, green buildings, and resource management.
The Green Synergy Hub will be introduced to support business matching and project transformation through networking spaces, technology-assisted matching systems, and professional consultation services.
Organized by the local government, the event aims to reinforce the city’s role as a regional platform for green development and promote cooperation within the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area.
