Public tender opens for first batch of shops in Zone A
The Housing Bureau has launched a public tender for five commercial units in Zone A, offering incentives such as below-market base prices, three months’ rent-free, and air conditioning for the supermarket space to attract businesses. Four shops are in Edif. Tong Chong, one in Edif. Tong Kai, with uses including food and beverage, supermarket, bank, and pharmacy. Bids are due by 5:30 p.m. on June 20. The public auction will be held on July 8, with a briefing on July 2.
