Sands China earns ‘Great Place To Work’ certification

Sands China has become the first integrated tourism and leisure enterprise in Greater China to receive the “Great Place To Work Certification,” recognizing its workplace culture and employee experience.
The certification, awarded by U.S.-based workplace culture authority Great Place To Work, is based on anonymous employee surveys and an assessment of management practices. According to the company, 96% of surveyed employees said Sands China is a great place to work, while it achieved an average score of 92% across five categories: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
Chief executive officer Grant Chum said the recognition reflects employees’ trust in the company’s people-focused culture and supports its long-term development.
Sands China, Macau’s largest private employer with about 28,000 staff, said it continues to invest in talent development, employee well-being and career advancement. By the end of 2025, the company had provided more than 22.6 million hours of staff training through its Sands China Academy.
