Two restaurants at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau have received regional recognition in the 2025 World’s Best Wine Lists by The World of Fine Wine.
Palace Garden was awarded Best Hotel Wine List and Best Sake List (Outside Japan) in Asia, while Zuicho earned Best Large-Format Wine List in Asia.
Organized by the UK-based wine publication, the annual awards honor excellence in wine curation and list design. Palace Garden and Zuicho will compete in the global finals in September.
SJM’s Robuchon au Dôme at Grand Lisboa Macau also continues its streak, winning the “Champions’ League – Best Dessert & Fortified Wine List” title for the fifth consecutive year.
SJM’s wine program is curated by an in-house sommelier team, aligning with the culinary style of each restaurant.
