The Ritz-Carlton, Macau is hosting a series of exclusive dining experiences this month, featuring acclaimed French chef Jérôme Franck Tauvron of Lumières, JéJé in Shanghai.
Returning after a well-received visit, Chef Jérôme will present a bespoke five-course dinner on October 10 and a signature Sunday brunch on October 12 at The Ritz-Carlton Café.
The dinner, titled A Reflective Culinary Journey, explores five creative themes – Symmetry, Mirror, Reflection, Direction, and Movement – through dishes highlighting premium ingredients such as Alaskan king crab, lobster, and M8 tenderloin.
Chef Jérôme’s Sunday brunch will offer a lighter, playful menu featuring Amberjack Ceviche, Salmon Wellington, and a trio of French desserts. The event continues The Ritz-Carlton Café’s tradition of pairing culinary artistry with refined hospitality.
