The University of Macau (UM) and the Macao Association for Internet Research (MIP) jointly launched the “AI-Empowered Event Management” course in alignment with the “1+4” development strategy, aiming to cultivate practical professionals with cutting-edge AI application skills for Macau’s industries. A participant from the exhibition industry shared that the course enabled her to finish tasks that previously took several days, such as drafting event proposals and data analysis reports, which can now be done several times more efficiently using the AI workflows learned in class. Additionally, the analysis processes have become more precise, reducing the workload while allowing more focus on critical decision-making.
