Wynn hosts ‘Wynn New Talent GO 2025’ to boost local workforce

Wynn held the “Wynn New Talent GO 2025” event last week at the Grand Theater of Wynn Palace.
The event featured trainees from the “Wynn Local Development Program 2025,” graduates of the “Culinary Apprentice Program,” and youth participants in Wynn’s internship initiatives.
This year, Wynn collaborated with the Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) to recruit 29 trainees for roles across hotel and food and beverage departments.
The programs offer 12 to 24 months of hands-on training and career development to prepare residents for the hospitality industry.
14 culinary apprentices who graduated last year were promoted to Commis positions, joining Wynn’s culinary team.
Wynn has also participated in the SAR Government’s Summer Internship Program, including the “Youth Internship Program” and the “Pre-Employment Practical Experience Program.”
This year, Wynn provided training and practical work experience to 21 young students, helping them with career planning.
