Wynn launches 2026 Healthy Enterprise Program

Wynn Resorts kicked off its 2026 Wynn Healthy Enterprise Program (HEP) on Tuesday with a launch and appreciation ceremony at Wynn Palace Macau’s Grand Theater.

The initiative aims to promote healthy habits among employees and build a wellness-oriented corporate culture. The program coincides with Wynn Health Month, held this month in partnership with the Health Bureau (SSM), community health organizations, and a medical center.

Activities over the four weeks in April addressed physical and mental health, diet, exercise, and medical checkups. Key elements of HEP 2026 include the “Wynn Talent Club,” where employees display skills and build connections; the yearlong “Healthy from the Start” missions with monthly challenges; and “Workplace Stretching” sessions across departments to encourage breaks.

Demonstrating the program’s focus on practical wellness, health ambassadors led stretching exercises at the launch ceremony.
