Wynn Macau and the Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) have jointly launched the “Stage Technology Rising Star Program,” offering 10 facilities trainee positions aimed at local residents. Applications are open until December 10.
The trainee program adopts a “employ first, then train” model, providing practical on-the-job training while working.

Applicants must hold a valid Macau Resident Identity Card and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is required, with basic English skills preferred, along with good computer application skills.

Successful candidates will undergo training at Wynn’s Facilities Management Academy, where they will learn from senior engineers and industry experts. The curriculum covers audio processing, lighting control systems such as QSC, DANTE, and grandMA3, as well as engineering drawing and basic electrical skills certification.

Trainees will receive a monthly salary during the 24-month training period. Upon passing the assessment, they will be promoted to audiovisual technician or performance facilities technician, with a representative salary increase.

Interested residents can learn more about this career development opportunity and apply online via the DSAL website.
