Assisted reproductive services program handles 370 eligible cases

Authorities reported that from December 2024 to February this year, the Macao Union Medical Center handled 370 eligible cases under the assisted reproductive services program. Among these, 52% (191 cases) qualified for medical assisted reproductive services, including IVF or ICSI, while 43% (159 cases) received fertility assistance through hormonal regulation or intrauterine insemination. Several successful pregnancies have been recorded. Authorities added that all cases applied for last year are expected to be scheduled for follow-up in the first half of 2025
